Would you go out with him after just one meeting and he left you a good impression?

It takes more than just a good first impression for me. I prefer to be friends with the guy first but at the very least I need to know what school they go to, any goals they have, their last name, what kind of family they have and their religion. I'm not going out with an uneducated idiot working a typical 9-5 job. The things like favorite color, book, movies and music are things you find out on the date.
Once when I was at a barbecue with my family a guy asked for my number at almost first glance. He asked me for my name, if I had a boyfriend and if there was any psychotic reason why I didn't. Then he asked me for my number. I tried to ask him where he went to school but he kept interrupting me. When I refused to give him my number he said "if you give me your number you can get to know me." I was like HELL NO and sent him on his way.

I way too shy to go out with a guy I don't know at all. He would have to make a really good impression.

i always said i had to know a guy for a while before we go out. Untill... my boyfriend came along..we got together after 1 week and 1 day...but we spent a WHOLE lot of time with each other during the time we had met and when we got together. so i guess thats not bad.. we've been together for 4 months now.... so as long as u like him i guess its cool

it depends on what i know. if i only know little simple things than no. even if he left a good impression. i'd have to meet with him mabey two more times.

no. I'd have to know the guy for at least 2-3 weeks.
I need to know name, last name, interests, hobbies, if he's good at bball, and if he's funny.
I'd also like to know a little about his freinds and rep at school or where he is.

well it's all depends coz if we like the guy we show more good sign for them. but if we dont like the guy we used diff excuses for us not to go out with them and also maybe we start avoiding your calls.

urm, i need to noe him very well..
if he was ma schoolmate, it was easy to get to know him.
Maybe by my friends..or my brother..
but if i know him by the net..
maybe it was hard a bit..the guy can cheat us..
but i have so much friends on the net..
and they've got my trust..
but i never go out with them cos they're not in the same country as me..
so, there's nothing for me to worry about..
