No i dont feel the need to grab myself with my hands down my pants..like i have seen or over my pants for all to see...i use a restroom or just let it be!

socially unacceptable behavior to do this. could be getting bunched up in underwear in an "uncomfortable" position. could be itchy due to sweat or poor hygiene. If you're going to "adjust" your privates, try to find someplace where ppl aren't looking.

Because it is so small they want to make sure it is still there? If you are decently endowed and don't usually wear shorts, do you grab yours in public?

Personally I dont understand it either. I guess it depends on how and where the person grew up. A decent guy, with good manners will never do that in public or private. Its just disgusting to see.

i actually usually wear a wire down there. see i work undercover a lot, and that's the one place i won't get searched. so if it looks like i'm playing with myself, i actually either turning the microphone on or off, or else i'm trying to aim my microphone in a specific direction for a more focused sound. so my grabbing myself is actually work related. hope that answers your question.

More often than not, it's a sexual prowess-wanna be thing. It calls attention to the genitiles and is probably also some form of a urban primitive/primate thing.

Assholes, it's not just "blacks" that do this. All guys have to adjust their stuff sometimes, that is if they have anything to adjust (ahem..chester..) And it's also not a "ghetto urban primate ritual." (..Storm) Some people, regardless of where they live or race, just have no tact, which is why they do it in public. I swear some of you are the most ignorant people I have ever come across.

one guy he has to do that all the time because it sticks to his leg and he has to move it and grab all the time.
For all those who do that, that means that ya'll don't clean yourself which is really nasty. To all the women, when a guy scratches, grabs, or touches IT in front of you, walk away from him, because that means he's not clean and doesn't take good showers

if you dont wear underwear thats a big part of it. **** man, its just about adjusting. sometimes my down south buddy slips or flops into an uncomfortable position, might as well makem comfy again. especially if you are wearing boxers that arent the best-fitting for you. its all about comfort.

If it's a hot day, peeling the big guy off the leg it's glued itself to makes for more comfortable seating...
This can happen regardless of hygiene....
