Sit up are #1 for me they really work. Plus running or walking my husband lost 100 pounds that way. And cutting up on your eating if you wait 20 minutes before you like eat everything then its like shrinking your tummy. Hoped I helped and God Bless.

Do sit-ups but use those big rubber balls you see in the gyms. Those really work out your abs well.....and again (I can't believe how many times I have said this today) CARDO CARDO CARDO! Always helps you loose weight. When you're running, jogging, aerobics, biking whatever if you want to target your tummy make sure sitting/standing straight and tighten up your stomach muscles.

You can't isolate one part of the body. You actually lose fat all over. Try cardio exercise combined with several small meals throughout the day. Your legs are the biggest muscles, so they'll burn calories especially well. Your abs will improve. Good luck!

Try situps on a pilates ball. Work your way up to 200 per day.
