I'd say they look for a girl that is into him and treats herself with self-respect physically and emotionally.
Guys have an ego that needs stroking, no matter how confident they seem, they want a girl that wants them and likes them and wants to be around them and acts that way.
Guys say they are turned on by visual cues, but it is not as important as it seems. Yes, visual attractiveness is good and makes things nice, but it is easily overcome by other factors.
Guys are different, so I'd advise you to try them out, get to know them and if they are not into you, move on. If you are lucky you will find one that you are into and who is also into you!
