If you want a quick fix....do a search for a diet soup diet, or if you want to just do it healthy and lose 5-10 lbs in a few weeks, do it this way...I have found that as long as I eat a small breakfast in the morning(usually fruit, or SpecialK cereal with skim milk), a real leafy salad (8 oz) with 1 grilled chicken breast (4oz) for lunch, and the same at dinner, you will lose weight. If you are not a salad person or want to substitute, then eat no more than 4 oz of any lean meat, or fish, with 4 oz of cooked veggies, like squash, or spinich. I use Mrs. Dash for seasonings, or sea salt(less sodium) I drink no more or less than 100 ounces of water a day. I use splenda for a sweetner, and I try to walk 30 minutes, a day for minmal excercise, because going to the gym is not in my budget financially. I have been on a lot of quick-fix diets, and always went back to just wating well. For snacks you can eat strawberries, blueberries, oranges, or a banana(only once a week), or snack on cucumber slices, or small carrots. I try to use low calorie dressings also.

Steroids.
If you're looking for a healtheir way? There's no such thing as fast results. The effort you put in will be the results you receive. Last but not leat, there is no substitute for hard work.
If you starve yourself, you only subject yourself to gaining more weight.

Music enables you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your dinner, so you consume more meals. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back intended for seconds. But hang on! Stop for the minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is quite a bit easier – those diminutive portions suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to use less.
