Microsoft Publisher can be used to create publications for printing (brochures, pamphlets, posters, etc.) and Microsoft Frontpage is for publishing websites (using html or graphic interface).

Frontpage is the one to learn creating webpages....but there are better ones on the market....

Publisher is just for creating postcads, invitations and such

Frontpage is web design, Publisher is for newsletters etc.
