See, I don’t know how many people will be there and I worry about having too much or too little, I am serving grilled fish and I think this would be right up Jesus’ alley! So how do I get an invite to him?

Don't invite jesus.
He doesn't seem to understand the concept of BYOB
and he got too wasted at my last party and broke a lamp and a window

Okay...pray at EXACTLY 3:15 everyday (that's when he's most available) for him to come to your event. Tell him about the fish, and tell him you have water that needs to be made into wine. Also, tell him to bring good weather. Do this for at least 3 days.
It might not hurt to mention that you know his Mother, Mary, and she thinks he needs to get out of the house more often.

All you have to do is invite one Born Again believer and He will be there!

Prayer. Where there is 2 or more speaking of him...he'll be there. And...as long as it's spiritual...you know like...no drunks or immorality...then it's all good. To uphold God's name at ALL times.
