I know how to make jello shots, here are some quick thoughts, for more detail go to my website listed below, everything you want to know is there. Let me know if you have any questions.

6oz box Jello
2 cups hot water
1 cup (+/- to taste) desired alcohol

Put the Jello mix in a bowl, add the hot water (or hot juice), mix well, add the alcohol (have it in the freezer so it is cold until ready to use), mix well again. Pour into shot cups, a pan, whatever you have. Refrigerate until firm, this takes a bit longer than normal jello.

you can use any kind of alcohol that sounds good to you. Here are some ideas:

green apple jello (if you can find it, it was discoed by Kraft.) and wild apple vodka

Gin and Lime Jello (one of my favorites!)
Tequila and Lime or Lemon Jello
Light Rum and Berry (Strawberry especially)
Vodka works in any flavor (Blue Jello is cool, so is watermelon)
Use peach Jello and sub Hot OJ for water and use Vodka...YUM
Use Cranberry Jello, Hot Cranberry Juice. Get some dried cranberries and soak them in vodka over night. This turns the vodka a nice red and very flavorful. Then you use the vodka in the jello shot and you can put a few cranberries in the Jello Shot. Way Yum.

6 ounces Jello (large package)
16 ounces Water (boiling)
6 ounces Water (cold)
10 ounces Vodka
Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the cold water and alcohol. Pour the cooling mixture into either shot glasses or paper cups. Shot glasses are more attractive, but drinker can turn the paper cups inside-out to more easily eat the alcoholic jello.

The package of jello normally calls for one cup boiling water mixed with the powder and then mixed with one cup cold water. This will be the same instructions, except put a bottle of vodka (flavored is better for jello shots, my favorite is orange vodka) in the freezer and let it get as cold as possible, several hours. Then make the jello normally but substitute the one cup cold vodka for one cup cold water. It is important to let the vodka get as cold as possible because when mixed with the boiling water, some of the alcohol could evaporate. If the vodka is as cold as possible, this will not happen! Then continue to follow the directions for how long to keep the jello in the fridge! I normally put the jello shots in tiny paper cups, normally used for bathroom cups. You can make three separate packages of jello with one liter of vodka. Each package will make around 12 decent sized shots!

Follow recipe on the box and exchange the water part with the alcohol of your choice. Flavored Vodkas or Rums work really well. Tequila with either Lemon or Lime flavored jello .... yummy !!! Watermelon or Cherry jello with Vodka, just like Jolly Ranchers!

Shooters don't have to be made with just vodka. try some of these combos. Raspberry jello/raspberry rum, grape jello/grape pucker, pineapple jello/coconut rum ,blueberry jello/blueberry pucker. DELISH!

Great answers....always wondered how much alcohol to use. And how much a package made... Never knew it was vodka. The flavored vodka sounds good! Only had a shooter once. Thankx!

The easiest way is to buy Jell-o and the part of the recipe that tells you to pour in cold water, just pour in cold vodka (everclear, etc..) instead.
