Popsicle stick.

Sorry friend, if something so minor as this bothers you about your dog, you shouldn't have bought it. You obviously aren't ready to have one.

What kind of dog, and how old? If your dog is the kind of breed that the ears stand up, (German shepherd for example), and is a puppy, the ears will stand up as the muscles straighten. If it is an adult then thats just how the ears are..Honestly I think its cute. Is it a breed where the ears are normally cropped? If it is, then you may have to have them cropped IF they are in the proper age range. A vet will not crop ears once they reach a certain age. You can try to train the ears to stand by applying either the professional "Crowns" between the ears and taping them to it, or you can use one of those larger plastic cups you use for picnics and such. But sometimes the ear muscles just aren't strong enough to hold it upright constantly...

If the dog is young enough....he may need a bit of calcium or other minerals in his diet to pop his ears up and keep them there. Have your vet look at him and make the determination for you. None of here can see the dog or his ears. Good luck.

In the past, vets would surgically correct this, but why put your dog through that trauma? As long as it is healthy and happy, why not just enjoy the cuteness of its unusual ears???
