Yes, you can only get pregnant when there is an egg. However, sperm can live in the female body for up to 3-5 days when conditions are right.

Ovulation does *not* take 14 days. Ovulation takes a few minutes. If you time it just right, you can *watch* it on an ultrasound.

Next misunderstanding... Pre-ejaculate does *not* contain sperm. It *can* pick up some sperm on its way out through the urethra, although the likelihood of this is *tiny*. In fact, a sexually-active woman whose partner uses withdrawal for a full year only has a 4% chance of getting pregnant if he never "misses" (see sources section below).

And, it is also very unlikely that sperm, once deposited outside the human body, would ever be able to find its way into your body. If the spot of semen were already dried up, then it would be virtually impossible for any sperm to be alive.

As for how you can get pregnant right after your period, it depends. If you ovulate on day 9 of your cycle, and you are fertile for 3 days before, then on day 6 or 7--even if you still have your period--there's a chance that sperm could survive inside of you until the egg actually appears and then fertilize it. But given the circumstances you describe, it would be a one in a million chance.

Sperm can live in the vagina for up to seven days, firstly.
Second, no, the egg isn't gone till you're like, 50. There isn't just one egg that grows at a time; as you are shedding the lining in your vaginal canal (the reason you have a period) the next egg is making its way into the canal. The very beginning of your next cycle, immediately following your period, is one of the most fertile times in your cycle.
Since there wasn't actual intercourse taking place and the guy never ejaculated, I wouldn't consider yourself pregnant, especially with the underwear in the way and only precum. What you were up to is an alright alternative to sex.. however, if you have a problem like this again (I don't know how you really handled it) make sure you wash up and change your underwear as to avoid any contact between your vagina and any sperm.

There is no safe time to have unprotected sex. You can become pregnant while on your period.

If you are too young to deal with the consequences of sex, you shouldn't be having it.

If you have questions about the biology of sex, and they are questions that you don't have answers to, you need to educate yourself completely before you engage in sex.

You are obviously not an adult or mature enough to engage in sex. Sex is not a sport. It's not something you do because you have "freetime". When you share your dna with someone that's supposed to be for a purpose.

Use a condom every time, for reasons of disease prevention if for no other reason.

Ovulation occurs "on" or "around" the 14th day, could be a couple days before or after. If the egg is not fertilized within 5 days "peak time for fertilization (union with a single sperm)" the egg travels down the fallopian tube and into the uterus where it is flushed away with menstruation. You can become pregnant at ANYTIME after ovluation and even while on your period.

You are probably NOT pregnant, but I will tell you this. Let this experience of anxiety be a WARNING to you. Do not have sex until you are an adult. You cannot afford to get pregnant or raise a child, because you are still a child yourself.

Generally your most fertile time is 4 to 5 days before ovulation to two days after you ovulate. Any other time besides that it is unlikely you will get pregnant but it is still a possibility. A sperm can last up to five days inside a woman. Every woman's cycle is different as well. The odds that you are pregnant are very slim but there is still a chance. Precum is actually still very potent. But if he didn't precum or *** inside of you the chances are even more slim.

Your egg isn't released when you have your period. It's released somewhere around the MIDDLE of your cycle. (This is the average for most women...some women have longer or shorter phases than others.) The day your period starts is day 1 of your cycle.

Sperm can live inside you for close to a week. So, if you had a penis inside you, then YES you can get pregnant, even if the guy didn't finish.

If you don't want to get PG, use protection, or better yet, don't have sex.
