First, you need to know if the "one ounce" is dried or cooked. Then, you must know what type of spagetti noodles they are. And lastly, why does it matter how many noodles are in an ounce? You or whoever you are serving should not care that they have 10 or 20 noodles in their bowl. My estimate for most spagetti types would be around 20-25 (dry). Its much less when its cooked because of the weight of water.

A quarter = two ounces dry spaghetti
Two ounces of dry long pasta bunched up in your hand, such as spaghetti, thin spaghetti, linguine or vermicelli, is about the same size as the diameter of a quarter. Two ounces of dry pasta yields about 1 cup of cooked pasta (two servings).

Depends on whether they're cooked or not. Check the number of servings in the package, then portion out to that number.

Not sure but a single serving of pasta should be about the size of a tennis ball.
