First of all, be the man, just tell her. Something like this..."Hey chic, even though I know you are a single, rich, beautiful woman, I cannot lead you on anymore. If you must know, I have a problem with my genital area which requires a magnifying glass. I cannot explain the bumps and raw areas though. I know I am a man of a small mind and full of BS. I am living proof that evolution can go in reverse. All the women in the world do not compare to you, you are all. That is why I have to go stick my head up my a** again and hide. I am so full of lies I don't even know the truth. My pyschiatrist even gave up on me. Now I am going to go find a small appliance to rub up on. Please try and forget me. It could never work.
