Here is a poem I wrote and got published in a book.. Just want to know what you think. If you like it and want to give it to your sweetheart you can. It is copywritten so don't claim it as your own.
God's Plan
I was struck by Cupid's arrow you see,
And noticed we were meant to be.
I see it so clear and true,
I am in love with you.
This is how God had it planned,
For us to walk hand in hand.
Forever it will be you and me,
This is our future I can see.
If for some reason God says one must leave,
In my heart you will always be.
Until that time does come,
You and I will be ONE..

Actually it was written for someone from my heart to theirs so it did have meaning to them and it did make them go dammmnnnn that was deep..

I like it. There is a flow up until the last four lines, it seems that the ending is not part of the poem. Otherwise its pretty good.

it's okay. read worse, read better. sweet sentiment but, truthfully... anyone could have written that- it doesnt have that unique touch that takes the breath away or makes a person say "dammmmmn! or that is deep or it touched me!" keep writing and keep your faith strong.
