Neither is healthy. Drink 100% juice or flavored water. I like to squeeze lemon into ice cold water or seltzer.

Definitely. Kool Aid is mostly sugar, whereas Crystal Light is sugar free nowadays. Crystal Light contains:
"Citric Acid (Provides Tartness), Potassium And Sodium Citrate (Control Acidity), Aspartame (Sweetener), Magnesium Oxide (Prevents Caking), Contains Less Than 2% Of Natural Flavor, Lemon Juice Solids, Acesulfame Potassium (Sweetener), Artificial Color, Yellow 5 Lake, Bha (Preserves Freshness)."
You should keep in mind, however, that even though Crystal Light is "healthier" than Kool Aid, it still is not good for you. How many of those ingredients do you recognize as good for you? Also, I did some research on that sweetener "aspartame" a few years back -- it's pretty freaky. It was developed by two scientists who tried to get it FDA approved for ten years, but research showed that large doses of aspartame caused holes in the brains of mice, and combined with the lack of other possible known effects on humans, the FDA would not approve it. However, after ten years, one of the scientists got on the board at the FDA, and all of a sudden aspartame was approved. Odd, don't you think?
I always suggest natural drinks, like 100% juice and Aqua Fina water (the bottled water with NO added minerals and other crap...). If you really like the flavored drink stuff, try Crystal Geyser's Juice Squeezes (lightly carbonated, 70% juice, NO sugar, NO aspartame, sweetened only with fruit juice...pretty good!).

yes, because it doesn't have the sugar content. However, there is sugar-free Kool Aid now, so if you buy that, then they're about even.
