If you have blisters, you have sun poisioning. Go to the doctors, and try putting potato slices on your shoulders. Starch will make it feel better. (But you'll stink!) For a better double-duty item, soak the slices in vinegar. If you have a stomach, head, or other ache, go to the ER. Sun poisioning can be deadly if not treated correctly.

I hear if you pour milk or baking soda in a bathtub and soak for a while that will alleviate the pain. I've also heard from many people before that Preparation H (as gross as it sounds) helps to take the burn and sting away too. I've had a blistering sunburn before and believe me I would try anything! What's worked for me is the Icy Aloe Vera for sunburns ( I know it hurts to put on but it really helps) and aspirin. You'll feel better by tomorrow. Don't pick or peel the blisters either. You'll get splotches.
Good luck! Remember your SPF 9 million next time!

Also try to soak some oatmeal in water and put on burn. It will draw the heat away from your body. There are some over the counter lotions that contain lidacane (not so sure on spelling) which will take some of the pain away (usually with the aloe vera lotions). Also soak in cool baths to regulate your body temperature. Keep your lotions in the fridge and always remember your sunscreen next time you are in the sun.

Ouch, I've been there. Use aloe vera extract. Check the ingredient label to get the product with the highest amount of pure aloe vera. It's the only thing that'll really pull the heat and pain out. Be sure to put it on heavy, it'll soak in. I hope it feels better soon.

Aloe vera is a good topical ointment that should soothe the burn. It will be painful for a few days. Might be a good idea to see your doctor on the off chance that you have a more serious burn than you realize.

Yessirreee BOB,I know that feeling!
Ow.
This is what my mom did before we just finally put me in t-shirts before I went outside.
Go get some powdered vitamin C, NOT CHEWABLE(eew), put a bunch in a bowl, and add water until it's like a paste.
If you can;t reach it, get someone to help, because you're going to have to slather the affected areas with this goop.
It will ease pain, it will stop the burning effect, and it WILL itch some, don't scratch. It will also stop the blisters from getting worse.
Lord, I know how it hurts, I'll bet it was fun to be out and in the sun....then the pain!

ALOE helps alot, keep out of the sun, use light color clothing and cold water you need to bring down the heat in you body. make sure and drink plenty of water just in case you start to blister.

Alo Vera is best but any moisturizing lotion is really good as well.

Same happened to me once. The doctor said to soak wash cloths in iced tea and apply to the burn. The tannin in the tea is soothing.
