How the **** do u get even after your exfriend tells everyone nasty rumors, takes your boyfriend, kicks your dog, and breaks a rib without going to court?

Take her to Jerry Springer. It sounds like thats where you all belong anyway.
Now the sensical thing to do - which of course I am sure I am talking to a brick wall about this - would be for you to thank her. Not only did she show her true colors, but she managed to bring out the true colors of your "boyfriend" as well. She saved you from spending any more emotional cash on two people who don't deserve it. Close the door on them and move on with your life. I agree with the guy above - the best revenge is success (then when they come sniveling back, you can close the door on them again!).

Why didn't she go to court? Were you not able to prove she did it? Was it your dog? Is he wearing a big bandage?
It's fun to gossip and say bad things about other people--otherwise we wouldn't do it.
But the people who know both of you probably can figure out which of you is likely to be right. Do you act like she says you do? Most people who might not like you would feel sorry for the poor animal at least, and feel like she shouldn't have done that. If your boyfriends want to go with this dog-kicking gossip he will get what he deserves, she'll do something similar to him!
If you can prove she hurt the dog and if you took him to the vet, you might want to charge her with animal abuse. But otherwise ignore her, what she wants is attention.

why not go to court, kicking you dog, especially if they fractured a rib is against the law. The money they spend on a lawyer out to be revenge enough.

why must you get even? And who decides where "even" is? a much better course of action would be to avoid this loser at all costs. show them you have class and thus make them look like the slug they are.
By the way, any boyfriend that can be "taken" is not one you want to keep!!

The best revenge is success. It sounds very petty and trying to seek revenge just puts you at their level. If thats what they need to do to feel better about themselves let them.
