Personally, nothing. I once drank two liquid cocaines, an Armageddon, a three wise men, and two long island ice teas in about a half hour and still was not drunk.
In general, anything with a high alcohol content should do it. Everyone has always told me that long island ice teas and liquid cocaines will do it the quickest. But, like I said, that didn't work for me. The liquid cocaine is good though, the thing tastes like candy.. . . mmmmm good. (liquid cocaine = 151 rum, yager, goldschlager, and rumplmentz)
Also, in Peru, they had this drink called Pisco, which is made from lemons. People normally drink a Pisco sour and get pretty smashed quickly, but if you drink a Pisco straight up everyone in the bar inhales sharply and you become the talk of the town, because a Pisco straight up is very powerful and you will probably be instantly drunk. I haven't tried this, as I was not drinking when I was in Peru. I do have a bottle of Pisco though. . . .

I agree w/ the majority-the one w/ highest alchol....and if you drink it w/ a straw quickly it will hit ya before ya know it!

grain alcohol (everclear) or anything with 151 proof rum.
The basis is the highest proof you can get (which is NOT vodka).
