Actually I have done it a few times and found the cheapest for one is the airport shuttle, but for two or more you can usually find a one way rental on a car cheaper than two shuttle fares.

friends or relatives. hire car. taxi's cost way too much. Check parking cost at airport, may be cheaper than hireing
