The banana only proves that men have been domesticating crops for 10s of thousands of years. Creationists used to ignorantly tout the banana as proof of ID (...and many still do, because they are faith zombies mindlessy regurgitating everything they're told). They were right that ID was behind bananas, but it was human ID, not magic god ID.

The less brain dead ones have swept that argument under the rug in recent years.

LOL - I don't mean this is a jab at religion, I really don't, but it is a jab at fruitcakes who manipulate the obvious to make a point, and to the sheep who blindly follow fruitcakes despite all evidence to the contrary....So when a fruitcake like that guy wants to use something like a banana (cultivated by humans using the science of selective breeding) as evidence for the existence of God, why does it NEVER occur to them to address that issue, and say that God provided the plant AND the scientific knowledge to maximize its potential for usefulness to humans? *sigh* I'm not saying that's true necessarily, but if he's going to try to explain how/why a thing exists in its present form, it would make more sense to find a way to USE science in the explanation rather than ignoring the influence of science and calling it divinity and perfection.

If my "banana" was crooked like that, I'd get surgery to straighten it out.
