Habanero Pepper Salsa Recipe


1.5 pounds of fresh tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch dice (3 cups)
3 habanaro peppers, seeded (seeds reserved and minced); flesh minced
1/2 cup minced walla walla sweet onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano
Pinch of salt
Juice from 1 or 2 limes

Makes about 3 cups.

Go with whatever brand turns ya on, but to every cupful add a Habanero chili chopped up fine. Keep your hands away from your face after processing that Habanero, though, or y'won't see the thing through!

1 can whole peeled tomatoes
cilanto (to taste)
2 or 3 serrano chiles
onion
garlic salt

put all but salt in blender, puree and add sal to taste.

if you like it really hot add more chiles.

Hi,
try chile de arbol... that's all you need. You can add it to onion and tomato sauce to spicy it up. Yummy... you want something hot but with flavor... chile de arbol is for ya!

Buy it by the jar at Costco. You can probably order it online if you don't have a store near you.
