He had to remove it and she left with a mouth full of stitches and great pain. Today her jaw looks funny and she cannot get implants due to the damage he did.

I'd be very careful. If someone is offering implants at a reduced price, why would that be? Maybe that dentist has some problems and cannot get any business otherwise. Maybe it won't work out.
