No it's against the law and you know it. Why on earth are you hung up on this? Cry all you want.

By the way, I think we should celebrate our mothers on our birthdays. They are the ones who brought us into the world.

That depends. Why not if you're a parent and sad but happy that your child is growing up. If there is a reason like something bad has happened -sure. But if you're doing it for attention and its not your birthday you shouldn't cry.

If somebody's making a heartfelt toast, or you hug the birthday boy/girl and or think back on old times I don't see why not lol.

I used to cry when I was a child... But it wasnt okay... I used to cry cause I wanted it to be my birthday....

no because if you do people will ask why you are crying and if you say tears of joy they might think you're to sensitive and mush gushy touchy feely
