Hi! All these years I have learnt that many problems arose from the kind of mindset that many of us are having. As our actions are usually governed by our mind...well, as I really believed so....and consequences are arose from our actions, there will be no way to solve a problem or turn a situation around if we don't want to deal with ourselves first and change our mindset. Many of us choose to, consciously or unconsciously, stay in the wrong and choose to keep pointing fingers at others rather than resorting to self-examination and soul-searching. The problem is, everybody would not want to say that they are wrong and so the end ended up with "finger-pointers" everywhere and every now and them. The fact is, not unless we learn how to point our fingers at ourselves or otherwise we will continue to live in mistakes and put the blames on others which will result in struggles, resentment, hatred, fights, breakups, etc., and worst...even killings. If we want to improve situations, change others, get better response, etc...the first person we have to change is ourselves. Also, as what I have observed, many unhappiness are also caused by bad attitude. There are many people of whom I ahve associated with possessed poor attitude and that also affect their outlook in life. They adopt a "none-of-my-business", "hell-care", "hack-care", etc. kind of attitude and some people even behaved like as if the whole world owes them a living. They refused to do something for themselves and are lazy; cannot be bothered with what's going around them and shut other people out of their "doors". Yet, when they encountered problems, then they start to blame others for being unhelpful and uncaring. There are lots of such kind of people out there and it could be very frustrating at times but I have learnt to treat them as some form of human "species". Well, as what I ahve always believed and told myself, "no one can change them unless they choose to be changed" so I just live and let live so long as my life is unaffected and also I will try and avoid them as much as I can without lloking down on them as they are still human beings. Every one has the right to live so if they are not what we can integrate into my life so I'll just let things be. Well.... the world is still an interesting place although we constantly live in disappointment but it's a big "school" and "training centre" with lots and lots of things to learn from. Also, there are many things which we can pick and choose from to incorporate into our lives to make our lives more interesting and it allows us to build our "little world" within ourselves and around ourselves. Lastly, the consolation is' no matter how suffering or unhappy your life may be, you are not required to go through it endlessly. Each and everyone of us will be spared of it one day and that also applies to those people who do not like us. They, too, need not bear with us for too long because there'll be a day when it'll be either they themselves or we ourselves will become a "history". So....what's the use of struggling, fighting, quarrelling, etc...right? Everything will come to pass oneday....be it good or bad....so just need to live, accept reality and be happy. Life is short so count our blessings each day because we may not know when will be the final page of our calendar. LIVE & LET LIVE! Make helping others the capital of our own happiness and you'll find life more bearable, purposeful and meaningful! Just a little sharing........

I've learned so much about love. But the most important thing that I've learned is that everyone in your life will eventually hurt you (either emotional or physical) but it's the matter of who is worth the hurt.

Many things. Some important and many not so important. The most important thing I have learned though is to love one another and care about one another. When people stop caring then the world becomes a very bleak place indeed.

I have learned a lot of things about a lot of topics. However, in relationships, I have learned not to expect more than you are willing to give and if he hits you once, he will do it again.

Hmmmm....good question. But at my age, all I've learned would fill volumes! And I think we are under a space restriction here. Try picking one topic and asking a question based on that and I might be able to help you.

Treat people like you want to be treated.

Treat yourself and others with respect.

Listen to the voice inside you.

Do good and good will come to you. Karma

Treat all people like you are friends. Young and old.

Older people know more about life than younger people.

Bad things can happen to you.

If you look for the bright side, you will usually find it.
