Why dont you just stop doing it and ignore it. Also i have noticed when they email the thing to you on the bottom in highlited and underlined blue word says unsubscribe, press that and see what happens.

You can't yahoo Q&A (or YA as some like to say) is more addictive than heroine. To stop you have to move to someplace that doesn't even have electricity, let alone an internet connection. You will then go through severe withdrawal symptoms, including answering questions that you make up in your mind, completely baffeling anyone around you. If after you are "clean" you even see a computer, you will have to exert a great amount of willpower to resist the temptation to once again "answer." Should you "answer" again, you will be hooked for life, and no amount of rehibilitation will help you.
