It depends on how tall you are. I'm 5'3 and weigh 113 lbs...just right for me.

You don't give your height, so it's hard to say if you're overweight. 120-125 could be normal for your age.

The way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Drink water instead of soda or juice. Add some fruits and veggies to your diet. Walk instead of riding in a car or bus, climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator, etc. Take up a sport that looks like fun and that you can do routinely - tennis, racquetball, frisbee, etc. Find something that gets you out, gets you moving, gets you sweating some. Don't worry about whether you get really good at it - the goal is activity, not getting to Wimbledon.

Find ways to work more activity into your daily routine. And find a friend to work with you. It's more fun to do things with someone rather than by yourself.

Well miss 14 years old, how tall are you? 120/125 at 3' 3" tall well might be fat, but if you are a normal teen 5' or so I don't believe you have much of a problem. If you don't do sports do you ride a bike or walking for 20 minutes or so? You have a lot of time to do both. Just stay of the couch the rest of summer and do something.

Depends on how tall you are as to whether you are in your healthy weight range or not.

But at 14, you are still growing and maturing. So your body will continue to change for the next few years. But now is definitely the time to eat right and exercise every day. That will set the groundwork for a lifetime of healthy living.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. I know doing a diet is very difficult...why don't you try taking walks in the afternoon maybe to a local store with your parents make the walk fun so you don't feel as if you exercising also drink water and eat smaller meals thru the day and lots of fruit.
Take Care! :-)

Just as long as you are staying active and eating healthy/ drinking lots of water you should be fine! However it also depends on your height...

But make sure you excersize for atleast 30 minuets a day.

your not over weight yet , but your not far off, you have to become active , and watch what you eat , don't go on the high school diet, that consists of anything from the vending machine, even if everyone else does, you don't have to , its all bad for you , lol its all about diet and exercise that's it !

it's a little over weight but it's not that bad really. Best way to loose weight is stay away from sweet-stuffs, fast foods, fries & oily foods.
