Yes, because if schizophrenia is causing a person to think such a thing, he/she is not having those thoughs out of choice.

I can't see a good God holding that against them but I can't see a good God making them schizophrenic either. I think Heaven and Hell are right here and now and our fates will be decided largely by random chance.

If their health or mental abilities prevent them from seeking their truth on their own accord, and proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, I think God will allow them to heaven.

Are they committing evil actions? Or only thinking about it? If they're actually doing it, I'd say "no," and they'd better be reincarnated a few times until they learn the difference! If they're just "thinking about it," I'd have to say "yes," because of the condition of their mind.

it depends on who their other personalities are.

if for example they have Cupid & Gandhi as well, then that person will probably go to heaven on a 2 to 3 vote.
