What do you all think? Do you find Disneyland still exciting after all these years?

Absolutely!
I become a kid everytime I walk through those gates as does my 17 year old daughter. We get a chance to go about every 2 years or so. It never gets old & is a wonderful reminder to belive in the magic of childhood and you are truly only as old as you feel.

Your experience is whatever you decide to make it. With the old attractions and the memories of visiting it as a child (somethings should never change), Disneyland can still give you the 'magical' experience and great get-away feeling you seek.
As for the 'exitement' you are looking for, Disneyland has redone Space Mountain, has added attractions like Buzz Lightyear (thought I would hate it, but its actually fun), and the 50 year celebration show (with Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke and, of coarse, the fireworks) to name a few; it provides plenty.

It looks really nice and still decorated for the 18-month 50th anniversary celebration. I'm 38 and I still love as do my wife and my 9-year-old daughter. No, it isn't Magic Mountain, but it is still fun for families. I go about once per month.

Only in the off-season when all the tourist have went home and you don't have to wait in line for more than five minutes to ride anything then it is still "Magical" any other time its nothing but a nightmare.

I dont think so anymore. But when I was a kid I thought it really was! For kids yes, but as you grow older you become more of a cynic. I live in FL and I dread going to Disney. The traffic is horrible. Tourists have no clue where they are going, and the locals aren't any better.

No. Its magical for celebrities who have the Park closed for a day so they can ruin everyone elses fun by having their own.

Disneyland is geared for kids. Often time it looses something when you grow up. Its still really fun though.

disneyland is ok, but it is no way better than disneyworld....i think after 10-15 yrs, disneyland will soon lose its visitors and will have to shut down soon as everyone else will be making a visit to orlando, Florida
