Primarily, demoralize it.
It is not a fuel-air explosive mxture designed to create a conflagration. It is an advance composition conventional explosive designed to destroy infrastructure. It can also be configured to be a penetrator with the purpose of burrowing deep into protected underground structures to explode once it has penetrated as deep as it can, a "bunker buster" if you will.

It may be time to loan it to Israel so they can stop Iran dead in their tracts without having to go nuclear.
