I think if the love is genuine then there really can't be an ulterior motive. The love is pure with no strings attached. We rarely see this love though because humans are selfish and tend to warp what genuine love should look like. Most of the time our love is conditional..."I will love you if you do..."
The only love I have ever found to be pure and perfect is the love of Jesus Christ...His love is unconditional.

Ulterior motive?
No.
And don't forget there are different kinds of love. In English, we have only one word for love, but it can be interpreted with many meanings. Some languages have 13 different words that equal our one. It helps to always refer back to the author's original works.

What ulterior reason could desire to somebody have in loving yet another? they are the only giving of themself totally. If there replace into an ulterior reason , i'm afraid they could locate it backfiring of their face interior the long-term. Love is unconditional, if it is authentic, and subsequently turns right into a physique of two cemented jointly as one interior the technique of the affection given. Pity the undesirable soul who does not see the fact in this as they are the guy who's dropping some thing that's no longer oftentimes given as a blessing from GOD. without this blessing, there could be no feeling of like at first. for people who think of you may desire to mistake lust for love, they could be maximum appropriate in the event that they have been engaging in a lustful dating. yet have faith it or no longer, there are human beings in this international that love, somewhat love, without a sexual dating ever happening. it is a few thing to contemplate whilst asking this manner of question. the dislike is lost and erroneous with the aid of low self-worth, loss of believe and faith.....

Love is a pure motive.
Sex has ulteriors, marriage can, any relationship can.
But Love itself is its own motive.
