yes it does... just don't do it for too long... your body will start to break down muscle as well as fats...be safe!

Yes, but you need be careful coming off of the juice fast. You can easily put lots of it back on by eating high carbs.

Yes, it does, but not for everyone.
Those, who suffer from acidity and overweight will find it a nice way to live happy life.
Those, who suffer from cough and overweight will have to use vegitables for juice, fruit juice very rare.
Those, who suffer from joint pains and thin and lanky figure should avoid juice fasting and use fruits for breakfast.

I saw on TV that even juice can make you fat because of the amount of natural sugar in it. They said, " Just think how many apples, for example, it takes to make a glass of apple juice". they recommended diluting juices.

nicely um juice doesnt propose like apple juice from the bottle. such as you may juice your guy or woman nutrition i think of. So, juice apples, grapes, carrots, celery, etc. you could rather plenty juice something obtainable lol different than for bananas

Juice is extracted so it loses a lot of its potency.

No. It causes starvation and it will make you crave for food and eat twice the amount. Actually you'll end up gaining weight.

To lose weight you need to learn about nutrition and eat the right food for you. You also need to excercise a little.

I lost 36 lbs. but I ate fruit and did not drink fruit juice, bananas or dried fruit. Watermalons, papaya, mangos, pineapple and grapes mainly.
