When you turn our Nissan on, the brake light and battery lights come on, at the same time. When the brake light and battery light is on, there is also a ticking sound. However, when you accelrate, the brake light and battery light goes off. A mouth ago, the alternator was broken. It was replaced, and there was no problem. The battery has also been tested and brake pads have been changed. What's wrong?

It sounds like a charging fault, is your fanbelt slipping

When you say "When you turn our Nissan on, the brake light and battery lights come on, at the same time. Are you saying when you actually have the car started, or just turning on the ignition switch?
"when you accelerate, the brake light and battery light goes off."
That sounds like a loose alternator / water pump, etc., belt. but it doesn't explain the 'ticking' sound, unless you have a noisy 'temper mental' electric fuel pump. Could be not enough juice ( loose belt ) to register to the on-board computer, but I wouldn't trust that idea.
I would have a chat with whomever installed the 'new' alternator as well.

The ticking sound, or the only one I can think of off hand is the 'Hazard' switch in the ON position, but showing it's off, except what I wrote above.
By the way, this answer is still shadowy, just like the description.

Nissan used the brake and battery light combo, to warn that the charging system isn't operating properly. It's eather a losse belt or a faulty alternator

You need some brake fluid, and you may have a short circuit some where.
