depending on what time, eat pasta nad chicken its delicious and good for you, i say yhat as i am a weightlifter though for others have a pizza or something. from jamie

Kratf Macaroni and Cheese. None of that velveta crap, too hard to clean, and you can't eat the whole thing at once w/o feeling crappy. Kraft, you can down two boxes and still have room for a half, of a half gallon of ice cream. Breyer's of course. Peanut butter is entirely up to you.
