I weigh 162. If I lose 20 pounds will I lose a pant size? and will people notice that I lost weight? Also, I used to weigh 133, will I look almost as good as I did then? Thanks!

yesss. 20 pounds will definitely make a big difference. and as for looking like you did when you were 133, idk about that but you'll look better than you do now (not to say you look bad now, lol, uk what i mean. ) right now you're moderately overweight, so you'll feel much, much better too. for fun you can play around with an interactive model of yourself

Hey there, 20 pounds will let you go down one dress size, but I don't think people will really notice anything unless they are really close to you. There may be a slight change in your facial features. But you will know the difference, esp when you fit into the smaller clothing. Every 20 pounds=1 dress size lost. =) I lost 120 pounds...used to wear a size 26/28 and now wear a size 8/10 and am loving it. Good luck with your weight loss!!

It depends on where you lose the weight.....I'm sure if you lose 20 lbs. people will notice it and you will look close to what you did at 133. Twenty pounds is quite a bit to lose......good luck!

Yes. Do it. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Yes, you will look much slimmer. I lost 40 lbs and still have another 70 to go. I did not notice any difference, but all my friends told me that I look better. In your case and with your numbers you will look great! So try your best! Good luck!

I think you will notice and drop a pants size. You probably already look just fine.
