you cant really ask a question like that you have to be more specific do you mean on average ore just anyone because on an average yes women would be better at running things but there are some women that cant just like some men can but most cant so on an average i say yes women but otherwise it just depends on the people

I SAY FEMALES BECAUSE WHEN GUYS ARE PLAYING A GAME THEY HAVE NO GAME THEY THINK ALL OF US ARE THE SAME SO THEY TRY AND RUN THE SAME OLE TIRED LINES TO ALL WOMEN NOT KNOWING WHERE ALL NOT THE SAME AND WHAT WORKS FOR ONE DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL WORK ON ALL WHEN WE CHEAT ON OUR MAN THEY NEVER KNOW BECAUSE WE DONT CHANGE OR ACT FUNNY BUT WHEN A MAN IS DOING THE CHEATING HE GETS ALL CAUGHT UP WITH THE NEW CHICK FORGETTING WHAT'S AT HOME AND MAKES TONS OF MISTAKES THIS IS JUST A FEW BUT THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I CAN SAY ON THE MATTER
