This was written ten years ago, published in a book called The Vatican Billions by A. Manhattan: "The Vatican's treasure of solid gold has been estimated by the United Nations World Magazine to amount to several billion dollars. A large bulk of this is stored in gold ingots with the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank, while banks in England and Switzerland hold the rest. But this is just a small portion of the wealth of the Vatican, which in the U.S. alone, is greater than that of the five wealthiest giant corporations of the country. When to that is added all the real estate, property, stocks and shares abroad, then the staggering accumulation of the wealth of the Catholic church becomes so formidable as to defy any rational assessment. The Bible says this about money: "Matt 6:24: No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Money." HYPOCRISY? How do you ignore this?

More Bible quotes on money:
"Matthew 19:21
Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."
Hebrews 13:5
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

I think that is your opinion, I don't see how you can assumed the Pope an/o the catholic church don't know best How to deal with the wealth of God and the inheritances of Jesus in earth, if God gave then such a responsibilities?.as he has done many times before with the church or individuals, sample how about Solomon?, will you be able to do better than they do or have done if HIM(God), gave you such a responsibilities?. sure I am sure you will! . or are you more than ready to contradict every single thing I had just said? As a former catholic who is now a Bible-only Christian, I must say that I have many other disagreements with the structure and teachings of the catholic church. But I am not one to judge and will therefore restrain from saying anything more than: God loves everyone of us, even the wealthiest catholic! Praise God for His unfailing Love!!!

Be blessed!

They have never served to God, that money was stolen from the Incas and Aztecs, by the Spaniards. that were so stupid to send it to Rome instead of making themselves rich.
In Latin America that is known as the Inca Silver that helped to found the first Stock Market in Amberes.
Now you know the truth could you believe on these clowns.
That have assassinated, destroyed, killed and raped innocents creatures to represent God.

well the outfits the pope wears when he's in drag cost a lot of money...not to mention his hats...and just think they got all their money by putting fear into the hearts of the poorest people in the world..those who could least afford to give...but they're still doing it...so I don't see anything changing.
