is there a wrong way to give a hickey..i feel dumb asking, but I've never given a hickey and I want to but I'm nervous...is there any certain way to do it?

I used to think that it means to really bite hard...until I realised it is to be able to suck REALLY HARD.
But do keep the area in check cos you won't want it to be somewhere really that obvious that people start asking. I was in such an awkward position, where my senior manager asked, "so you had a bf lately?"... I had to dig a hole and hide while answering him with the lamest answer of "it's an insect bite"

Hickies, or "muffler burns", are a waste of energy. There's better ways to use time together.
