This year me and my boyfriend are going to two different colleges and i don't know if it will last. I really love him but we will be 2 hours away and i don't have a car (mom decided i didn't need it) and he isn't all that good of a driver. im saving up money for a car but that will take time. My parents will come to pick me up and take me home but only when they feel like it. what should i do.

Don't just give up. Get your self a mobile initially so that you can stay in touch and meet him once in a while till the time you get yourself a TRANSPORT.

Going to school with a boyfriend is stressful, very stressful. Especially when he is not matriculating at the same place you are. It's definitely a hard relationship to maintain because of different schedules, activities, and other experiences that you each will go through. Also, college is a great place to expand your horizons and although you love him you may discover that being single is much more fun. It's easy to be extremely attached and fear that things will fall apart once you go to college but remember, you're still young and you have a lot of life to live. If it's meant to be, you two can separate and live different lives then get back together. What you want and need in a man will grow and change the more you learn academically and emotionally in college.

keep in touch with him and if he really loves you, he'll keep in touch too. he should try to drive to your school sometimes to visit you. just call e-mail, whatever. but if you both love one another, your relationship should last.
