Seriously You would vote for poverty? The vote is almost always about economy always was and always will be the rich tend to vote Republicans for the obvious pocketbook reasons..Maybe if I were rich a buck or two at the pump wouldnt mean as much as the tax breaks the Republicans are giving,

Not at all! I never vote for people who think money solves everything--that kind of short-sightedness only makes things worse.
What this country really needs is some 'public servants' who care more about their countrymen and constituents than they do about their pocketbooks and their politics. Not to mention their next election. What we need are people who still remember what it's like to WORK for a living, and understand that honesty and integrity are more than just words. That is to say--actual Public Servants.
Unfortunately, most hardworking Americans can't even begin to be able to afford to run for public office against the ones who have been scraping the public coffers for multiple terms, and currying favor among the people who have the money and power/influence it takes just to RUN a campaign.

There is only one issue. American Soveregnty. After the Senate Bill passes and Bush is done with us, any control we have left to regulate oil in our country will be dictated by foriegn nationals.

Deport, enforcement only. Don't be fooled.
