You need to eat a well-balanced meal. You need carbs for energy, protein for muscle development, Fiber-because we all know what comes in must come out. Good sugar. Dairy for strong bones and teeth. Consuming vitamins can help as well.
Don't forget to exercise.

You would probs turn into a fat, pasty, unhealthy slob. And you would go off them as well cos you would get fed up with them. Then you would have nothing else to eat. And then you die. FACT!!

You'll get fat, get sick and then you'll die very young (unless you are already old when you start to eat them in which case you will die old).
