ive done it!

i did it for 10 days. it was a great experience.... but ill never do it again.
(most people are saying they ended up gaining it bavk... but tis probably becuase htey did not follow the directions word foor word! the steps are vital... you must do it vcorrectly... and once you quit the diet you must make sure you go back into eating slowly and healty otherwise you'll gain it back)

but i lost weight! i lost like 19 lbs. it was cool becuase i felt sooo clean and light after ten days. and like after wards i wanted to onloy eat heallthy. its sick though, the stuff that comes out when you do the morning salt water flushes.

the first 3 days SUCK! but once you get past them your fine. i reccomend you try it. i lvoed it. but the reason id never do it again is just becuase hte lemonade. its not bad for being weird ingrediants... 10 days was just too much of it.

contact me if you have any questions....

Yes, I'm doing it now and have done it twice before. I haven't been able to do the full 10 days, but then again I'm doing it for weight loss not cleansing. I've lost 4-6 pounds each time I did a 4-5 day stint on the diet. Pretty good for less than a week.

If you eat healthy after you come off the diet, you should be able to keep the weight off.

I heard Beyonce lost 20 lbs by fasting for her role in Dreamgirls. I'm not sure if she did this diet or another one though.

Anyway, I plan to keep doing the diet for 4-5 days each until I reach my goal weight and eat right in between.

The first two days are surprisingly easy. Day 3 can be hard and day 4 is the worst so far. I've even taken karate while on it and I was OK until I trained the first day of eating after a 4 day fast. I was even OK then until I had to put my gear on - I thought I'd pass out from the heat.

I've tried about a dozen diets and this is working the best.

Are referring to the lemon cleansing/fasting? Many people use it as a diet. All you are allowed to drink is the "lemonade" (it's actually distilled water, lemon, and cayanne) and when you aren't drinking that then you are drinking distilled water. I haven't done it because the last time I fasted I nearly fainted at work but my friend has done it quite a few times to prepare for big events in which she's going to meet and greet with a lot of people and she loves it. It's hard to stick to the first couple of days, but once you're past day 3 it gets a lot easier and you have a surprising amount of energy (at least she did). And she did lose the unwanted weight. She did not react to the "acidity" of the lemons. I think that has something to do with the addition of cayanne and the way that it reacts in your system but I'm not sure so don't quote me on that one :) Hope I've been of some help! And if I'm totally off-base then I apologize!

The only reason why a diet like that works is because you eat less in general (honestly, how much lemonade can you ingest?). Try developing healthy eating habits and see how much better you feel, even before you see any weight loss.

In my opinion, avoid fad diets completely. Weight loss is attained simply through a caloric deficit (calories in < calories out). Do some basic research on nutrition, learn about the different food groups, macro-nutrients and their place is your diet. A typical healthy diet is based around fruit and vegetables, wholesome carbohydrates, fish and lean meat, low-fat dairy, nuts and beans. Exercise plays an important role in weight loss as it helps to reach a caloric deficit. Be careful to not eat too little however, as this can hinder your weight loss just as much as eating too much. 1-2lbs a week is a healthy weight loss

I guess you mean Master Cleanser with only lemonade. I did it for health. I am thin and muscular. It helped but now I do fasting with water for anti-aging. This site has quotes from 10 MDs on how good fasting is. Covers your diet or fast.
