the only difference between coca cola and coca cola zero is that theres no sugar in coca cola zero. you cant taste the difference but there definately is a difference.

Coca Cola has 39 grams of sugar. Coke Zero has none & no carbs. Coke Zero is made with aspartame (aka Sweet-n-Low), not sugar.

The type of sweetener used.
I believe Zero uses Splenda, which is an artificial sugar (no calories to humans). Coke uses the same old formula.

One is made with natural sugar, and the Zero is made with a chemical additive, which is disturbing in the slightest amounts...stick with regular coke....
