I have lost 45 pounds in 3 months. I lost my beer belly without totally cutting out beer. I cut my drinking and half and just started exercising. So far, so good.

O.K dude seriously you should really look into cutting down on the drinking. It's not good for you.....everything in moderation ya know.
However, you can loose your belly by running 30 mins a day, doing about 20 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. It's only an hour out of your day. You can totally break it up too. Run 30 mins in morning before work/school and then do your push-ups and sit-ups in the after noon.

yea, start drinking lighter beer or bacardi and diet, and start exercising a bit. Go for a walk in the morning, and do some sit-ups at night. I've got a bit of a beer gut to, just trying to be a little more energetic. good luck

No. Beer has a chemical or whatever in it that breaks down something in your stomach muscles, which creates the beer belly. The only way to get rid of it would be to give up drinking, allowing your stomach to repair itself.

no! go on a diet with no beer. eat bake chicken, salads, and green vegetables except butter beans. no sweets or bread except for wheat bread. eat turkey for sandwiches and use mustard, no mayo. no chips and dip. lettuce, onion, and tomato are okay! try to eat an apple a day and a half of a grapefruit a day plus a banana a day. if you like milk try to drink 1% or skim. stay away from cereals except brand like special k. fat free and sugar free cookies, jello, and pudding is okay but only eat 1 serving each day!
check with your doctor first and if he says okay walk 3 miles a day.
you should lose about 20-30 pounds in 6 to 8 weeks, maybe sooner!
this depends on how much fluid you lose. try to drink water only because it wll remove the sodium from your body. stay away from soft drinks, frozen dinners especially lean cuisines (mucho sodium). once your lose your weight from diet and exercise then you can drink beer again as long as you continue to exercise and diet most of the time!
good luck!

Drink something other than beer. Beer tastes like crap anyway. Beer and stuff like Mike's will make you fat. Stick to the hard liquor. It's not as fatening and it tastes much better.

A friend of mine used a Nordic Track. It resembles cross country skiing. I saw it with my own eyes, he lost his beer belly. And he still drank beer!

If you started to exercise a lot, then possibly.
Beer has calories, and good beer even more. The more calories you take in then burn, the more weight you gain.
It's math.
