I just had a problem that sounds similar. Go to your doctor, they may need to refer you to an oral surgeon, It may be a clogged salivary gland. My lip would swell up and the pocket would eventually burst. It would have saliva in the pocket and a little blood. It finally just went away after a few months. It was very annoying. If it will not resolve itself, you may have to have it treated. Oral surgeons treat it using lasers, or a plastic surgeon can cut it out for you. No matter what it is, you should see your doctor. If it is scar tissue, there are topical ointments that can help soften the tissue and allow it to go away.

Go see a doctor - There's nothing anyone online can do to help you. We cannot see your lip.
