I'm looking for a place in Montgomery or Prince George's County to work on the car and get it running. Perhaps a company the specialized in Mustangs or a performance shop. I don't have a lot of cash to spend on the car. I may also need to replace the tranny and motor. I'm looking for a very cheap used 5.0 HO engine and tranny for the car from a 1990 to 1995 ford.

I believe, not sure & too lazy to web search, that 1976 Mustangs had a six cylinder engine as standard but they also had 302 cube & maybe bigger engines! If you have a V-8 motor in it the car maybe worth some money! Can't say without seeing it though!

the sad truth is your car is not worth much and will be hard to modify .recommend you get FOX body mustang (1982-1993) they are cheap ,plentiful and have tons of books magizines and web sites devoted to 5.0 MUSTANGS.find a decent 1986 or newer LX 5.0 5speed that you can make payments on and use your cash to modify that .better brakes ,better suspenison just so much better starting point than MUSTANG II .

go to the yellowpages.com and look for car performers or repairs or performance shops you will get it. also you can find it going to Verizon yellow pages go to Verizon.com and look at the button of the website and look for the performance shop
