I love what my mom calls 'Apple Goop'. It's a variation on Apple Crisp, but the crust is made with a dry yellow cake mix with two sticks of melted butter poured over the top of it.
It's so rich that the best way to eat it is when it's still warm from the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pure heaven!
Why? It's easy to make, delicious, and it reminds me of home (I live a thousand miles from anyone else in my family).

i love soem strawberry shortcake with whip cream and lots of pound cake, i make the best cake. Oh yeah maybe add some vanilla ice cream with that

In general, my favorite is Cheescake. I prefer a traditional crust to the graham cracker crust that is so popular now.

very simple...A cold snickers bar that's been in the frig for over an hour. Yummy!! and great on a hot day! LOVE EM

pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Because most other people don't like it and you can only find it a few times a year so I can't eat it all the time.

mine would be scotcharoos / peanut butter rice crispy treat with a layer of chocolate. Anything peanut butter or chocolate. i really like peanut butter (jif) and chocolate on my ice cream. OR rhubarb crisp like apple but better TANGY

hot chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream mmmmm.i like it cause its so tasty when the ice cream melts on the cake.oh yeah.

Smores over a fire - use chocolate covered graham crackers with marshmellows OR regular graham crackers with peanut butter cups instead of chocolate. :P

then sundaes.
ice pops.
apple pie.
