try chelsea place located between 17th and 18th avenue.
gets rocking around 9:30 p.m./10:p.m. small bands but lots of fun and good music! if johnny james parker plays his trumpet along with the rest of the musicians then you are in for a treat!

i know what you mean......i doubt there are any worthwhile.....I gave up.....i used to go to SOB's they have different music there depending on the night.....Tuesdays is Reggae night...the crowd is usually mature......
