Answering questions. I told one person how to defrost their freezer. I berated another for not working hard enough. Sent a virtual tissue to another.
This heat is unnatural. I came here from Texas 20 years ago, and have enjoyed the relatively cool summers. Now I'm worried that people are going to die in this heat. At least here on the coast, we have a nice sea-breeze.
Drink lots of water. And then drink some more.

Im sitting behind my desk with two fans and the front reception doors open and I had a magnum earlier. Would give anything to pop round the corner to asda and linger in the freezer department for a while, too hot, hope you're staying cool and having fun.

Its hot! in Oklahoma today too .... Staying inside as much as possible. Watching my grandkids plays and be happy. Serving lots of ice tea and lemonade! Ice cream sundeas are being served for dinner tonight! Stay cool.

It is 33 degrees in our office now - in Yorkshire. We are keeping cool by standing frozen 2 litre bottles of water in front of our fans, so that they blow cooled air around the office, instead of circulating warm air.

Yes, me too but my house is cool inside because I keep the windows and doors closed during the day and only open them when it is cooler at night.

Working watering friends plants in their garden by watering can why they are away and first night working on nights tonight and tomorrow back on days friday. Trying to drink lots of non alcoholic drinks!!!
