Here's a little trick to try. Find an object in the room to stare at. Focus on it completely, try not to even blink. Your eyes will want to close, but fight it for a few minutes. After you close your eyes continue to picture the object in your head. So are you asleep yet?.......hello......I knew it would work, Goodnight.

Make sure your room stays as dark as possible.
Try taking a nice cool shower or bath shortly before going to bed.
And get some type of lavender powder, it helps stop from sweating and is a calming scent. Turn on music, something calming, not to loud though.

I certainly have a rest cd I have been given from a Crowne Plaza hotel. in case you do no longer plan to stay in a hotel any time quickly, or won't have the ability to arise with the money for a Crowne Plaza (I rarely stay there, it is extremely costly) you need to purchase the cd on the cyber web web site I indexed.

Melatonin....it is a natural sleep aid. And when you wake up you don't feel hung over or drugged.
You can get it at most drugstores.
