usually during summer i can't sleep at all. it would take me nearly 2 hours for me 2 be able 2 sleep and i really would like 2 fall asleep quicker but i can't do anything. counting sheep doesn't work for me.

keep the blinds closed during the dday to keep the heat out.
put a fan on with a bwl of ice in front of it and keep a water spray by the bed to squirt during the night.

I have a relaxation cd I got from a Crowne Plaza hotel. If you don't plan to stay in a hotel any time soon, or can't afford a Crowne Plaza (I rarely stay there, it's rather expensive) you can buy the cd at the website I listed.

have a good vigorous work out then a cool aswim u then take a warm shower a motrin with a warm glass are tea are milk that works every time..
