My friend applied for a visitor's visa to come to Oklahoma and his application was denied. The man at the Embassy told him to keep applying as one man was accepted after 9 tries. It costs $102 per application.
I can't understand the Government immigration website, and the immigration offices I called told me to look online.
What should we do next? Can I extend an invitation to him to come here, and if so, how?

try e mailing the embassy..they are quite good and you will have a reply in 48 hours. they will guide you through every thing. im talking about the embassy in egypt. near garden city cairo. the links they send you are realy quite good and understanding. and believe me if you only paid 102 dollars for each application then you got it cheap. so thats a good thing. when i sent out a visitors visa from england we paid 250.00 each application so in all it costs us 750.00 english pounds. and at the end of it after 3 attempts we were accepted. but the visa was just allowed for 6 days thats all. good luck.

u must go direct to the right person to ask who is more knowledge of this things coz if u ask to any other people then they will gave u not correct is beeter ok.tehn u have peace in mind.
